As banking apps go, this one is setting a new standard on the LOW side. Mobile deposit is all but useless, as it refuses to automatically capture an image, then when you Manually capture, 99.99% of the time, the app won't accept it. App as a whole is cumbersome with no biometric log in, minimal information about accounts, etc. Would not recommend. Great bank, lousy app.

Do NOT use the mobile deposit unless you have around 3 days to wait to get your money. Not acceptable to me. If you want to save time instead of going in the bank try another bank that accepts mobile deposit within hours.

Can't even download a copy of my credit card statements, even though I can view them. I could also download my DDA statements just fine. Tried to call, and they couldn't even email them to me. Incredibly unhelpful when I need to supply documentation to a loan officer.

This app does not work properly. You try to log in, and it takes your login credentials and then says there is no account information available. If member one wants their app to continue being used then they need to make sure it stays in working order so that their members can use its functions that it was designed to provide adequately and effectively at anytime. This issue is a continuing problem that is getting worse and more frequent. I'm calling on member one to fix this issue permanently.
