★★★★★ Been banking with Members Credit Union forever. Love the bank. Love being able to use the ATMs never have a problem with them. Just wish I could deposit checks with a picture of the check. The banking hours aren't always the best for me to get by there, especially running my own business. Being able to snap a picture and have it deposited into my account would be of a great help
★★☆☆☆ I have to reset my password every time I try to log on. I don't have to do this with any other app It's very frustrating.
★★☆☆☆ I used to love this app. You can't pay your bills with it no more. It doesn't support plaid so cash app is useless. The branch I go to in Morgantown told me twice that they ordered me a new debit card. Both of those times they did not verify it went through. Currently, been waiting about 6 weeks or better for a new debit card that I had to make sure they verified this time. I can't even transfer money to cash app, so I have access to my money so it's useless to me. Very disappointed in them.
