It was the first time I'd ever used online banking in my life, and it was very self-explanatory super easy to figure out how to use it without being taught also it was very easy to apply for a loan and get one without even speaking to somebody, and I was able to just transfer my rent money from my account to my landlord's account and I love the credit services you have to view your credit score and things that you could fix in my credit has already improved greatly, and it's all because of you all

The other version was more streamlined. You could open the app and see all your accounts right away. You didn't have to mark favorites, swipe or click a button to view all.

I loved the app until they changed it this week. It is now absolutely horrible. Prefer to see all accounts on one page.

They shut down the app nearly every wknd for updates? Hmmm? Yet it never changes or gets any better? I've noticed a significant pause on transactions on the credit union end? Of course, they blame the billion-dollar business I'm buying from??? Right??? Sending our data to biden kills the trust factor completely! When they merged they lost the best employees, and we all know mergers are the nail in the coffin!
