It's an ok app for the few MER stations in Norway. Registration worked with my US credit card. You can also use the app without registering a vehicle. If you do register one though, it will force you to add the license plate number, which for a rental vehicle doesn't make sense.

The app opens to a map of Norway, and then loads all the thousands of stations available hundreds of kilometers away from me. It's a waste of time. Why not load the one station that I am sitting next to? It would also be helpful if it showed is charge ports support ZOE charging. (400v)

Useless, can't register payment and unable to get anything but a gray square when selecting a charging station.
