Really sad to see this app close i have been so successful in buying and selling many products from this app. It is efficient and has good help and support. I even stopped using selling and buying apps such as ebay because i felt mercari was much better. Great apps like this literally come once in aa very long time. Best app for buying and selling there is.I hardly use ebay now cos this is so good. You don't pay anything to sell an item or when you've sold it(unlike ebay and other apps).the sellers are very friendly.there is a chat bar so u can message very easily. The postage is already included in the price so no adding on top.I have sold many things now and bought some really nice quality items.shame this app is stopping on the 15 th of Jan best app used for selling .x

Was new member for few days today I had a counter offer for my bag I rejected offer because 24 offer would not be worth me selling when postage Royal mail nearly fiver plus fees so spiteful person reported my listing has fake when its not it has serial numbers ect so deleated my account cause listing took off by mercari all ur bothered about is fees person did me a favour lots of reviews state its full of scammers yet ppl don't say on here

i don't know why Mercari is shutting down in United kingdom. Mercari will loose there customer and also make us upset. we want you to stay here in United Kingdom so we can enjoy both features buying and selling. i hop Mercari will do something on this....

loved this app then it changed its format and it was rubbish after that and now it's closed the UK site down.

Costumer service is just a joke. There is only two people in costumer service while over 100k users? You can not talk with anyone else or thake it futher and have to explain situations over and over again and they do not get it anyway. One case takes weeks while should be solved simply and fast. Will not use it again.
