★★★★★ I find the app extremely useful and very easy to use. Whether it is following the charging process, locking the doors after forgetting, or setting climate controls to start early in the morning to get rid of ice on the windshield, all of this is brilliant

★★★★★ To preheat the car in cold weather is a really nice feature the app works well, and it's really easy to see the car stats for charging, doors locked tire pressures, lights etc. so very pleased.

★★☆☆☆ And here's me thinking. Buy a Mercedes-Benz vehicle as they are experts at everything they do. Well clearly not at making apps. My mercedes app will NOT allow me to complete the registration as when I attended to add my driver's license the screen on my phone is just blank. So I opt to take a photo manually. When I click to take photo. Yes you guessed it. Nothing happens. Why did I think Mercedes-Benz are capable?

★★☆☆☆ The app notified me of navi update in Sep.24 of V.27.0 and suggested an offline update, which I did on the car. Implement please checksums or some download verification methods, as the files are announced as not valid just after 40 mins installation in the car, having to be present on the spot! The car navi has been updated in Sep.24, now in Jan.25 the app still notifies me daily(!) about the navi update pending. Great job.

★★☆☆☆ Later update: since latest glitches, the app worked fine for 1 year. Now, it shows my car is unlocked, though I locked it with the car key, it blinked yellow 3 times and doors are really locked, I manually checked.
