Works perfect for it's intended purpose. It pretty much eliminates error of writing/typing the wrong serial number. This is an airbag recall that's important to be documented correctly. 1st time I did one only took 1.1 with processing everything. Stop crying...

Mercedes-Benz USA in Baltimore MD at 3100 Childs Street is the worst to work randstad USA employees get high on lunch break and come to work high on drugs. Randstad USA manage Jacquelyn Noplock don't care if you get high. Each month these goofball misplace cars. Truck drivers bring valet team drugs. If you get high on drug this is the best place to work for. I wouldn't buy a Mercedes-Benz from this place

Finding the vehicle, pulling the vehicle into your stall, opening the hood, disconnecting the battery, removing the driver's airbag, scanning the vin, scanning the old airbag part #, scanning the new airbag part #, installing the new airbag, reconnecting the battery, returning the old airbag to the parts department, and writing out a story on the RO should pay more than 3 tenths...

What a damn joke. The 1.4 hours this airbag recall pays should be a criminal offense!!! Shame on you, MB. Used to be a decent company to work for!!!!!
