★★★★★ I wish you could change the color of the car outside to display the theme on the infotainment system.

★★★★★ I would like to be able to change the ac/heater temp and turn on seat heaters, etc.

★★☆☆☆ 1. When you start your car remotely, its shots off when you enter the car with your car keys in hand. Other car brands allows you to enter the car, push start to activate and start driving without shooting down and restarting the car. 2. It does not allow starting heating the seats. Again other brands like 2014 ram pickup truck AND MANY OTHER BRANDS have option that any time temperature drops under 34 degrees it heats the driver seat automatically. Extremely disappointed at MERCEDES.

★★☆☆☆ The app stopped working. I'm stuck in a loop. On login page it sends me to Google play to download. When I try, it takes me back to log in. Perfect while it worked. Tried uninstalling, nothing works.

★★☆☆☆ Disappointed that the remote start has no options like the Fords do. With ford I can program the car to start at a certain time on different days. I can also turn on the heated wheel and seats. Not with a mercedes though

★★☆☆☆ Limited charging scheduling options. Can't specify amperage while charging, can't set the car to charge to under 50%, can't specify specific charging pauses outside 15 mins increments. There are just basic capabilities that should be included already. This is a very lazy implementation of an important app.
