The app/website combination is a mess, truly a major let down to the brand, I had expected a lot more. 1. many messages are in Japanese (esp buying menu), formatting and font means the message are not readable 2. "BUY" button doesn't work, I have to go to website (which is also broken) 3. Online website is terrible and there is no non-Japanese version 4. Cannot join charging service, because I don't have MBUX but do have a hybrid! 5. Charging site shows charging stations, but app doesn't unless I have MBUX! This is utter rubbish 6. Map search was unable to find destinations one day, searching was spinning indefinitely - yet worked another day. 7. I can unlock but cannot roll down windows remotely!? That's weird - but can be done by the key fob (long press open/close) 8. Different parts of the Mercedes web have different login systems, some are totally broken others show you not logged in, but you are

Won't let me activate services without an identity check for MY vehicle where the dealer obviously knows who I am. Oh, and it claims we can "verify identity through the app", but actually just sends us to a dealer menu to have to call the dealership instead. Absurd app.
