★★★★★ Great experience and good alternative to traditional cable TV. User-friendly and great customer service if needed.

★★☆☆☆ Ongoing unresolved problem that appears after using the app for some time. When selecting a live program from the guide, the only menu option presented is record or cancel. Unable to play. Only way to fix is to clear app data. At which point it is necessary to sign in with username and password. Which is probably the worst part of using streaming TV. This reoccurs ever few weeks to every few months. Using Kaon android set-top box from Focus Broadband. Neighbors confirmed this problem also. TY.

★★☆☆☆ Not only is this app a piece of garbage the company has to be the worst cable company in the U.S. their customer service is atrocious. Their tec support could not even do a speed check on my router. They could not even tell me what type or router I have. Pathetic company.
