This is the best bank I have ever banked at and there are so many options with it in out of state that you can use other Banks and I love it they help me with anything I need, and customer service is excellent they are always helping me with what I need, they always have the answers like I said the best bank I ever had worked with

Update: Almost a year and none of these have been addressed. So much for "we care". They switched us to this new "app" while allowing the business customers to remain on the old one. I have biometrics set up and every time I go to log in I have to verify myself. Half the time it won't even connect to the Internet when none of my other fiancé apps have any issues. I get texts whenever I make transfers or payments with no option to opt out. I'm losing faith in Merit rust and considering leaving.
