Unusable, uninstall. UI is a mess. Can't find things that are available online, hard to even navigate to what you want. Their website is no great shakes, but this is infinitely worse.

Garbage app made by interns. When I log in, it tells me that the app needs to restart. I'm not messing around when I log into this thing, guys. It's my health insurance. This needs to get fixed. Crazy problems all over the place. Awful.
