Meta View is good, but the AI feature had stopped working in app hey meta will take a picture on command but will not access AI for responses. Does not play accessing AI tones and plays failure sound after a delay. Meta AI works initially when onboarded or factory reset glasses and phone app but then stops working when glasses switched off the switched back on. Toggling Meta AI switch on app does not resolve issue. Cannot find a solution to rectify and is an issue with the Meta View App.

Glasses are great, works well. Just wondering when the UK will get updates for live translation. That was one of the reason I bought them. Glasses are top brand, stylish, really enjoying wearing them. My only regret is I bought the polarized. As in the UK we don't get much sun. So will buy transitions lenses, so I can wear all year round. Great job meta, keep them updates coming.

HORRIBLE update. They made the decision to take away the "delete from meta view app only" feature, which shouldn't be a thing in the first place. Your media should go directly to your camera roll, then you would have to delete the duplicated in the meta view app to save space. Now to make things worse you only have the option to delete from both camera roll and the app, and if not just take up double the space because f you, that's why. Bunch of a hole geniuses over at meta.

The Meta View app is worthless taking several photos and videos from the day it never saved one it only shows it's still loading on the app, I'm taking the glasses back.

Okay so I tried to delete this app and reinstall it I tried to factory reset my glasses, and it's still will not let me log into my account it keeps telling me that I don't have an account which I know I do
