★★☆☆☆ The worst app and the worst support. Claims never go through but show they are and when you contact support, they'll feign ignorance and blame you for user error. Don't use this app and don't go to MetLife for your pet insurance.

★★☆☆☆ My experience started off great. But now ALL of my claims are taking in excess of 3 weeks to be reimbursed. My last claim sat unassigned for 13 days without a claim number, only to be reassigned a new start date, just so the company can exceed their 30-day policy! If I didn't know any better, I'd say they were doing it on purpose bc of the amount of claims I have submitted. I would NOT recommend Metlife Pet to anyone!! ****And they're support is completely useless and never does anything.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible every time I upload a document from my baby vet i gotta keep trying to upload because apparently it takes forever to take.I feel like this pet insurance is a waste of my time. Id rather pay out my pocket like I do anyway.
