The software is absolutely great when the router on the bus you're looking for is working, and the network itself isn't down. Unfortunately this isn't always the case. However, METRO track is the only positive improvement that Rock Region Metro has made to the former CAT bus system!

The new app interface is absolutely horrendous. Change it back. Can no longer tap on buses that are en route to see their current time from a stop. Also there always seems to be 2 dead buses that won't leave the screen...

Had the app since 2019 and it was wonderful. Could see where the buses were in real time and the app was easy to understand and maneuver. With the new update, everything has changed. Graphics are bad. There are too many things to look at on the screen. The full bus route is not shown on the screen. The bus routes are complicated, and it's no longer an option to click on and favorite bus stops. The older version was definitely better and convenient...

Terrible in so far as arrival time. Sometimes it is the arrival time for bus going north, and you are going south and there is no way to rectify that. Sometimes you get there on time when actually the bus just left.
