★★★★★ It really bugs me how the login doesn't stay on the app, it switches to browser

★★★★★ Great benefits, substantial bonuses and perks on a frequent basis, nice app design, and intuitive interface with easy to understand terms. Thanks, Bet MGM! Keep the good times rolling!

★★★★★ App has gotten better, and more stable. Haven't had as many problems trying to use it as a room key. But need to have more options like room requests when we make a reservation, and then options to use express comps when we check out.

★★☆☆☆ The app is useless until you wait in a 45 to 60 minute line to physically check in to your hotel. What is the point of allowing you to check in mobile, but not allow you to have access to a digital key to avoid the line? We always have to physically check in to get the digital access. Also, you can't share room keys or rewards with your own spouse, on your account, on the same MGM credit card. I recommend getting physical room keys as well. The digital key doesn't work half the time.

★★☆☆☆ What's the point of a digital check-in when the room isn't even ready, and you still have to go to the front desk?
