★★★★★ Any way you can add a control to clear the damn beep at the end of dryer sessions. I can't walk very well on stairs so have to sit for hours listening to its painful insistent noise while working upstairs. It's useful and hateful at the same time

★★★★★ App can be unresponsive for a few secs while it sends the info to the appliances, other than that, it's pretty good. I really like the phone notification when the program is over.

★★☆☆☆ I tried to connect WSD663 WCS appliance twice, I went all the steps, I got twice the confirmation that appliance is connected. Then in the app I see "Washing machine - Not connected" Meh... In the same time Cloth drier works ok. :-(

★★☆☆☆ Utter rubbish experience for a premium product. Absolutely disastrous cheap app. In order to connect it asks for the physical serial number instead of identifying through Bluetooth, like all the other brands and appliances do. Now for the final disappointment, after you have set it up and decided the program, you have to PHYSICALLY PUSH THE WASHING MACHINE START BUTTON. Which beats the purpose of using remote connect in the first place. Buffled by the company's lack of digital competences.

★★☆☆☆ Cannot extend the warranty of the washing machine without connecting it to Wi-Fi. Miele forces customers to provide their Wi-Fi password and location to receive 125 weeks additional warranty.
