Trip log makes tracking business related miles simply. It's user-friendly and calculates via GPS for accuracy. I can save my favorite locations for faster input. The reports are helpful. I have tested other apps, but this is now my favorite.

I'm changing my review from 5. It was great, but it has gotten stupider and stupider. Not only does the OCR miss read the date and cost per liter on gas receipts, but it's the same date malfunction on other type of receipts, too. The mileage tracking doesn't stop, and walking is recorded, too. Setting schedule business hours is ignored, recoding every day as a business. And it costs twice as much to subscribe. If this continues, it will not renew the subscription and close the account.

Good most of the time. Sometimes it will show most or all route driven but still say 0 miles driven. Update: they wount fix the problem. You are not allowed to work out of a single terminal! If you do have the same start/stop place, your just out of luck. It may work, or it may decide that your 500-mile trip had the same start/stop, so it will say you did not go anywhere!

I have been a customer of theirs for about 6 years. Their app has always worked perfectly until October 2024 when I downgraded from team to personal, and then it no longer wanted to track any of my drives on magic trip. I could not configure the settings to get the app to work anymore. I've opened six or more conversations with support who just give me a copy and paste answers and have not fixed the problem in 3 months. I'm disappointed as a long-term customer.
