App is glitchy and doesn't send push notifications. As a result, perishable items could be outside an extended period. My items were left outside for 2 hours due to this app issue and now spoiled. Unfortunately, customer service has advised they do not have any option to Refund/Exchange spoiled items. This means you either need to stand at the door and wait for your order or simply just go to the store yourself. Very disappointing and a big waste of money.

My order keeps getting way delayed in ETA. I tried calling the driver and no one answered. This was my first order with Milk run and this is not a good experience so far. Tried connecting to help, does not even show if an agent is connected or show an eta to be connected. App is glitchy on my pixel 9 pro. Just a while back the app won't open saying lots of hangry customers are using the app so I must try again. What the actual heck. I will stick to doordash from now on. Disappointed.

Ordered some alcohol off this app after Jimmy Brings went to it. After providing two forms of ID the driver decided that due to his own technical difficulty that he would take back the product that was already paid for. He then tried to force himself into my property by pushing through the door, he had to be physically removed from the property. After threatening me and my partner he finally left. Milk runs answer to this, a $10 voucher. Joke.
