Terra Nova Nordic Spa is the happiest place on earth! I love the Nordic Experience. I didn't realize until I started going regularly (2-3 times a month) how fantastic the hot/cold therapy is for a body add in relaxation and WOW. The spa services make pampering yourself or a loved one the best gift ever. High Tea is splendid; feels like the days when my Granny served her friend's and Terra Nova staff make the extra effort for a classy afternoon. Thank you for creating a beautiful environment!!

This app is always crashing. The bookings are not done well or updated. It has so many buggs and is just an absolute waste of time since you always wait for the app to function normally again. I'm so glad our company is finally switching to another booking app.

It's not the app that's awful it's the Mind body software in general. We switched over to Mind body in July and have had nothing but issues since. Their support staff is very nice and very friendly but often unable to help. Switching to Mind body has not been a good experience.

Fewer features per tier every year. Fewer tiers per program every year. Less reliability every year. My cost has DOUBLED in five years. No one can ever fix my problems, but can easily try to annoyingly upsell me several times a year. They keep taking away, but increasing the price Starting at $80 a month now over $180+ a month with fewer features, fewer tiers, less uptime, and less help! It seems that every time I call I know more about their jobs than their tech support. DO NOT USE MIND BODY!

Yeah prob don't use MB for your massage business. Not reliable. App won't load. Takes 10 mins to load one screen. I can't check my schedule.
