★★☆☆☆ DOES NOT TREAT TINNITUS! This app uses cognitive behavioral therapy to help you accept your tinnitus; fine if it's new, but if you've had it for decades you've already figured this out for yourself.

★★☆☆☆ Had high hopes for this, but the app is very buggy. Every time I tried to play a podcast, it failed to load and got stuck. I could read the transcript, but this wouldn't allow you to move on to other exercises, so progress was impossible. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no improvements. Tried to get technical support, but the chatbot on the help page doesn't work either. Would be a great idea if they get it working properly. For now, I've cancelled my subscription.
