Worst app. You will never get refunds from merchants of which the original payment was made using Mobikwik. They neither respond to customer complaints.

There is looting of money. First they activate zip money of some amount in mobiwik account. I want to do payment of ₹20 from my account but they cut from zip money and cut from that and showing some amount balance in zip. Now there is no zip money after ₹20 payment. They were not showing any due date, but on 6 Nov showing 5 Nov due date. Amount due on me showing as below: Amount due ₹20 Activation fee ₹99 Penalty applied ₹ 50 Net outstanding ₹169

I give 0 rating when I transferred RS 100 from card to wallet and 7 times i transferred amount but then this app did it quickly in few seconds. But when I transferred total 700 rs didn't transferred to bank account.
