★★☆☆☆ Do not buy Cell phones from radio shack. They are known to sell re-furbished (used) phones. I signed my contract for sprint thru them and come to find out it was a faulty device! Had to buy a new phone for $300 that was supposed to be free.

★★☆☆☆ Great app, WORST INSURANCE PLAN EVER. Sent my wife's phone on for a cracked screen and it wasn't taking a charge. $100 later, They sent me a replacement phone that didn't have a working microphone. They "waived" the deductible and I sent the phone back again. 5 days later I got her phone back and it STILL didn't work. I took the phone to Radio Shack and They were ready to give me a new one if insurance would agree. They refused. So, here I am waiting on the fedex box for the third freaking time to send it back in for repair again. Bottom line, RADIO SHACK INSURANCE SUCKS, and the people that administer the plans read from prepared scripts that say "No" in thousands of different ways. Don't waste your time or money on this "insurance." Worst product protection EVER.
