★★★★★ It is so comforting to talk to a therapist from a space that is familiar without the stress of finding their office or fidgeting in a waiting room.

★★★★★ This app succeeds at both destigmatizing and nurturing a culture of self-care and mindfulness. The treatments it offers are effective but the meta, levelling up an entire organization to have open dialogue around mental health, is the real gold here.

★★☆☆☆ So far I selected the wrong topic and I can't get out of it on the app or online. No way to start the questionnaire over.

★★☆☆☆ Takes forever to load. Any link they send for either a life coach meeting or trying to get to the self-help videos work only intermittently. Moat the time the link is broken and doe not worka t all. A great idea but the follow through and build is poor. Frustrating part is I get this through work as mental health perk. Not sure it is worth. Certainly going to report it to HR.

★★☆☆☆ Listening to a meditation, and it switches off when the screen locks. So rather than relaxing it adds to stress. Disappointing
