Great & easy to use, as far as the app itself and the reliability, but if you need to speak to someone about a ride...(bc I use this service nearly daily, and yes... It is why you think. If ya know, ya know lol)... You're better served calling your medical insurance provider and letting them take care of it. Otherwise, you'll be frustrated at all the hoops you gotta jump through just to reach a live human. But, that said, I love the convenience of all app features and reliability.

Medicare was good but if they showed up half the time they did not they showed up after my appointment time and when they did show up they would drop me off an hour before my schedule time which is ridiculous I did office did not want me sitting there especially after covid didn't like me sitting in the office sitting around waiting maybe if they were just a little bit on time terrible drivers 2 they had a couple good ones used Medicare for 2 years only had a couple of good drivers two years

If you don't have excellent cell reception at hm U can forget this app. U will still have 2 fill out paperwork. I just quit trying & went 2 the paper trip logs. My cell service is fine 4 every other thing but will not work 2 let this app know that I made it hm 4 some stupid reason or other!! Really aggravating I can tell U that! Paper is more convenient 4 me & works. My doctors also prefer 2 sign the paper log!
