I have to use the old version on an old phone. The latest application asks for pessel number during setup, if you are foreign (no pessel) then you can't even get into the App. Very narrow-minded and useless

Quite easy to use banking app. For a foreigner it's a bit confusing being that some pages are translated and some not. I'm sure that in Poland the number of foreigners using this app is quite high.

After the last update items that were in English available are now only on Polish, the menu is harder to navigate trough, the details available in the credit card menu are less than before, and it feels like the app is 20 years old as all previous options and info are gone

From time to time U2F security feature stops working leaving you without access to your bank account until you reach a traditional web browser. The only message you get is: "Something went wrong"... ING customer helpline is helpless. What a shame!

The way the communication is handled by this bank is not ok, in my opinion. Get notifications titled like "You will not receive PIT-XX", or "your transfer is blocked due to the absence of a middle name". Calling the help line directs you to a helpless AI voice bot. Thinking of moving my funds to other banks at this point.
