I am really enjoying this app! It's user-friendly, so simple to use. I love the roundup option, you cannot even tell that money is being transferred to your Moka account which makes it such a nice surprise to see my savings grow every time I check in. It's perfect for me since I tend to spend money if I know I have it, and with this app I actually manage to save money instead of spending it. Plus, the customer service representatives are always so nice and helpful when I have a question.

Was great in the beginning but no longer. The connection between Moka and most bank account was seamless and solid. However, with 2FA, Moka has found it difficult to solve the security problem. Hence, the original foundational idea of round-up and saving change is lost. They still keep charging 4.99 per month though and tell you, you can transfer money into Moka. Well, that defeats the purpose of automated round-up savings. Moka has lost its core feature.

Untrustworthy company. You can pay their fees, and they will gladly take them, regardless of whether your account is working correctly. I was with them for 4-5yrs, for 3 I've had constant issues where no roundups were happening. They never fixed the issue, still charged me just the same and won't refund any of their fees even though it's been months since I even had a transfer. I will never recommend their product again. Terrible company, won't stand behind their service.

It was so easy to use, good service... but now they are charging $7.99-15.99 PER MONTH even for small accounts. You would be losing so much money while starting out it isn't worth it now. I'll just be putting it in my other portfolio that has a 0.5% yearly fee. Crazy the top guys thought that people would pay that when the app is based on small change roundups. If you invest large amounts still worth your time and app is legitimate. Edit: The developers' response says it all. Lol
