Before using this service, there are a few things to know. The price-to-quality ratio is decent, but there are some issues. Even if you park your bike within the parking are, you could still be fined 5000 HUF for parking outside it. Don't bother calling support—it's unresponsive. The only way to contact them is by writing, and they usually take 3–4 weeks to reply while still fining you for the bugs in their system. So I'd advise you to take photo of a bike after you park it.

The app is a scam, they will charge you extremely amount of money. I locked the bike twice after 7 mins of use. The return did not register, and I got charged 7,000 huf!
