I like the camera, but I don't like that I have to reset it a little too often. It seems like I have to unplug it then plug it back in too often. To get it to work. But when it does work I like it.

For those of you who having problems with it actually recording anything you need to set up the rules so that it knows to record either sound and video if you're using the free option 24 hours a 7 days a week as soon as it detects motion. Other than that it's sometimes it's hit or miss in the app it likes to tell me that it's their busy, or you won't let me log in over and over and over again if you have that problem, and you were already logged in, force close and open again.

Fix the app, live video can't be displayed on any Google Pixel I tried on my old 4xl and now in my 7pro is the same is the only issue and complaint I have otherwise I have to change to another brand

I got 2 axel cameras, and they do not give me the mo cam option on my router. I reset my router, rescheduled camera and all I get is Wi-Fi for the camera which is axel. Can't connect to that it doesn't work. These cameras were good years ago, but now I can't do anything. I even followed the directions, went on YouTube to make sure I this everything right but no still don't work. I even emailed support and heard nothing alllllll week No help at all

Live view does not work. Activity is either not recorded or I can't seem to access it. I have seen a bunch of people with Pixels running into a very similar issue. Keep in mind this app still works fine on my old Motorola, but not on Pixel 7 Pro. I contacted the company and after their standard suggestions, it still doesn't work. They have since stopped responding to me, and I've continually asked for additional help and updates. It has become apparent that they simply don't care.
