Standing in the laundry room but "Location not found." Doesn't recognize QR codes on machines, put the machine number in, and it still doesn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and it still doesn't work. Terrible app

Machines had credit card scanners that did not work, so I had to install the app. You must load a minimum of $10 to your account before knowing what a load costs. App worked fine to run both machines, and even tracked the time on the wash and dry cycle, which was nice. The app offers an easy way to request a refund and said to expect 2-3 business days to process. It's been 8 business days, 11 calendar days, and my refund has not been processed. Would give 4 stars if refund were timely.

I have troubles only from this company I have more than 5 times trouble machine not starting or machine not throwing water or dryer not heating clothes at all I have put a request, and it has not been processed yet and more refund request can't be put until the first one gets fully processed. This is a scam not a company at all. I have had more than 20 dollars worth of issue. And even a single penny has been honored. FU
