★★★★★ First I want to get this out of the way I don't work for this company I don't get paid by this company, so now that's out of the way I've been reading a lot of comments about not syncing not this not that you'll, you have a bad internet connection it's your service or something cuz I've had so many smart lighting products and this ISBN far the best!! I've already known them for almost 2 months and not one single connection problem I guarantee. Don't Unplug it keep it turned on and use phone app

★★☆☆☆ Won't connect to my LED strip. Followed the instructions 10x, and it can't find them. Bluetooth on, location on, lights are in pairing mode. Still nothing. The old app worked without issue. Not sure why the new app can't do something so basic.

★★☆☆☆ The lights are frustrating to use. They used to work, now they don't work at all. Also, why do light strips need location enabled to be set up? They are weird, but I decided to give them a try anyway.

★★☆☆☆ Genuinely the most frustrating time I've had with any lights, I don't know why, but the app will just one day randomly say that my light strip is "offline" and will REFUSE to connect anyway whatsoever. Even if I tried to pair the lights again, it won't connect to the Wi-Fi even though it's done it so easily before. Now I'm stuck using the button to scroll through the preset lights instead of what I actually want.
