They have a fingerprint option, but practically every other time I log in, it forces me to log in with my ID and password. It is very annoying. Isn't a fingerprint more secure than a password?

The options for password recovery do not work! I never get the email or the voice call, and it won't let me change my mobile number. I keep getting locked out of my account and can't even send a message for help. So frustrating. When they changed the app, they broke it.

Disappointed the new app doesn't pay bills by due date. So much for automatic payments. Now I have to adjust the date every month. If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday, the bill is paid late rather than early. While the old app didn't have a great user interface, the new app doesn't have the same functionality.
