★★★★★ I downloaded this app to watch The Washington Capitals games since I live out of the area. I paid the monthly fee for the first month and watched a game that night, no problem. I haven't been able to watch a game since with a message "content not available at thia location." Perhaps the location eligibility should be determined before they collect the fee. The company is very responsive though and refunded my money. Quick, responsible customer service.

★★★★★ App is much improved over last year, less buffering during the games. I primarily watch the Caps games.

★★☆☆☆ App is terrible, poor picture quality and have to constantly reload in the middle of the stream. No consistency. Unfortunately the only option to watch Caps games, almost bad enough to make the switch back to cable.

★★☆☆☆ 🗑 🗑 🗑 I've lived in the DMV for over 40 years and this season is the 1st haven't been able to watch my Caps. Monumental comes in with nasty high prices, so Verizon dropped em. Monumental blacks out ESPN + games and Center Ice games in my area. The only option is to pay 20 bucks a month for Monumental + app. On my phone and on my brand new samsung S90D OLED TV using my 1 gig internet plan / router under the freakin TV....the app is complete trash and Constantly freezing and interrupting 😡

★★☆☆☆ Hands down one of the worst apps ever. Constantly crashes, can't view my tickets as a result, and watching anything on the app is laughable. I'd give it a zero if I could.
