Could not connect to Zillow server to get mortgage rates. This is a huge failure. The fact that no one at Zillow is responding to reviews shows their commitment to resolving the issue.

Decimal for interest rate input is on another screen, have to hit alternate key, hit decimal, then go back to number screen.... dumb design.

The other recent reviews are right. The app is slick and has the potential to be really useful but the refinancing calculations are flat out wrong. Zillow, you got the UX down pat, but please find a freshman math economics intern and fix this. You can do better.

The app crashes when I try to get rates for a loan. What's the point of the
app if it crashes on the function you got the app for?

Affordability calculator broken. If you put income taxes at 15% (conservative state) nothing changes vs 30% (liberal state) Also it doesn't allow you to put your general expenses in.... What if you have a large family and thus have more expenses? There's not even a field for general expenses. It has "other debts" but that's only for debt-to-income not cost-of-living
