This app is not working at all it hasn't worked for weeks. It goes to some icabbi thing and wants me to put in my phone number to send me a verification code and I put the code in, and it says oops something went wrong, and it's been doing this for weeks now. It's doing it on my fiancés phone as well. And he's never even had the app before like I have. I've been using this app for a couple of years now, and it's always worked great, but now it's not at all. Very upsetting cause it made it an easy proces

I am forced to use this company because my insurance requires it for NEMT. I use a walker, and it can take me a while to get to where I need to be. Mo taxi always shows up early and by early I mean close to an hour before pick up. They also keep accepting rides even though they know they don't have the drivers, or it's passed their "closing time". My husband and I were forced to walk home from the hospital the other night because of this. The cars are always filthy and falling apart too.

10/6/25 I use Motown Taxi all the time. I have been on hold for 1 hr and 46 minutes. I have even tried to go through the app. I still get switched to the dispatcher. Patty Shafer
