Does what it says it should After install I opened it up, selected rw, gave it permission with SU, and sure enough when I tried to copy an app to system/app it worked! Even though my phone is rooted I couldn't do it before with ES File Explorer. There is an option to set the system as rw at boot, but I think I'll just enable it as needed.

Still worked on Android 5.0.2 For some reason my lollipop ROM wouldn't let root apps mount the system as rw. After I used this, they started working again. Works and is free.

Does not work on gingerbread. I have a rooted huawei premia 4g and this app does absolutely nothing. Ive tried everything but still cant change files form r/o to r/w.
