★★★★★ BUY THIS SCALE! In combination with the app, it has truly been a major motivator in my weight loss! I'm on a 120lb weight-loss journey that began 11/16/22. I lost 45lbs in the 6 months leading up to the day I stepped onto this scale. In the 85 days since then, I have lost 29lbs! You be the judge of that. Oh, 22lbs of the 29lbs I've lost, is subcutaneous fat (jiggly fat under the skin), and my Visceral Fat (fat around organs/unhealthy) index went down from 17 to 14! YES! ALL OF THIS IN A SCALE.

★★★★★ My mother started using this app because she is trying to put on more weight and I use this app too. When using this app put Bluetooth and your location on and put your phone opposite your weighting scales, stand still on your weighting scales, wait for your phone to read your weight, then step off your scales. This app shows everything from your BMI to your protein level, body fat, ect, this is a great way to keep on track with your health. I highly recommend and rate it 100%

★★☆☆☆ I would rate it more than 2, but apparently I'm obese. Apparently, I need to work out more to reduce my body fat. I'd agree, if I didn't already run 10k a week and train hard at the gym 4 days a week 😂. Much work is needed to improve your 'smart' scales.

★★☆☆☆ I have tried the app on Smartphone and tablet, and it just won't work. I bought it for the scale and that does work and easy to read. The app would be nice but not able to even manually record weight so doing that in a different app for smartwatch. It's a shame, but this is not a product I would recommend.

★★☆☆☆ I bought the scale that goes to this app and when I tried to set up an account for it, I couldn't get an authorization code to proceed with making my account

★★☆☆☆ Seems to be set for Asian body types. Muscular person said they were obese. BTW app has lots of data points, really cool. Be sure to be bare-footed. Also, multiple can be users. Would be better if some of the info was also posted on scale, so app wasn't needed all the time.
