It just doesn't work. I can't view how much data I have until reaching my FUP cap. I can't purchase a speed recovery bundle. I can't pay my monthly bill. It's extremely slow, cumbersome and confusing to navigate. It just does literally nothing. I'm honestly appalled. Whoever wrote this garbage app needs to reevaluate their life choices. Honestly. For a multi million Rand company the app has many ideas but most badly executed. Daily specials with avatars x2 chances are always the same daily result. I also don't feel the app builds an efficient profile of my data to match the daily specials to my trends. The app is cumbersome to understand and buying data with a card is as if diff for a reason to try and move me to momo offering. In Feb there is still specials of more exciting specials in coming jan on daily click wording. How?
