The app is really useful when taking the MTR in Hong Kong. The fast exit feature is great for minimizing travel time. However, there should not be ads in the app and the app often locks up when returning to it from other apps, necessitatiy a force close of the app.

Frequent delays of train services due to signal issues. The apps don't help. Root cause is to improve the infrastructure reliability.

Only after purchasing the tourist day pass they tell you it's not merely a QR code in the app, but a physical ticket that can only be picked up at 3 places in all of HK. Why even bother having an app if you can't even use it to buy tickets for immediate use??? Total waste of time.
