Good evening, I have a Deutschland Ticket. Recently, I added a second credit card to the "Means of Payment" section. I would like to delete the first credit card, but the System shows an error: "Error. The payment method cannot be deleted as there may still be outstanding payments. Please try again later." How can I delete the first linked credit card? Update: Yes, thanks, it works - I've cancelled my subscription and deleted my first linked credit card

App has been working great for 1 year with a small hiccup 2 days ago when buying a new D-ticket subscription after my credit card expired (email field on buying confirmation wasn't being filled, and I couldn't finalize the operation). All it needed was a reinstallation and the issue went away. As a final note: great job with adding offline ticket viewing a couple of months ago as that was my only problem with the app.

I was wondering if Google could introduce negative stars for app ratings. With this app, you can reset your password, but after resetting, it doesn’t let you log in again. The password gets reset, but you don’t get to choose a new one. Wonderful, congratulations to the programmers, magic work. Note: I read more reviews and saw that many others have experienced the same problem. How is this possible? Where is the customer service?

It's ok when it works, and it used to work fine until recently. Currently, after you select the route and ticket and try to pay, it takes about 30–45 seconds and then goes to an empty payment screen on which it just stays forever (I waited about 3–4 minutes). No ticket appears, and hopefully no payment taken as I tried a few times. I've seen some other similar comments so maybe problem with the payment processing backend? I use Android 13 and the app is up-to-date.

Do not buy tickets through this app. Multiple times I've bought a ticket, the payment has gone through, and then the app says "An error has occurred" and doesn't give me the ticket in the app, so I have to buy another one.
