What happened to Blue Dart from good not it providing the worst service to customers delay in delivery and even in daytime their customer service number which they mentioned in their own website doesn't work.

This is my worst courier experience with Blue Dart Courier service. It seems like they hired stupid people. Management is pathetic. Remarked my package as Consignee's incomplete address by the agent after 1st attempt at 8:30PM. Funny part is when I asked to deliver next day, he told me that he is on leave, it will be delivered after a couple of days. Funny management!!!! Very disappointing. Red flagged courtier partner. Shame on you people!!!
