Speed has increased of this app to very usable levels! Only one issue in my eyes when entering a barcode (manually) My Bpost will ask your phone to use rhe secure keyboard... the secure keyboard has no access to the clipboard VERY frustrating

HORRIBLE. There is no point to this app and SERIOUSLY WRONG of the company to only allow Belgium customers to be able to use this app when they have customers in the U.S.A. We can't view change or do anything, even receive packages we have sitting in limbo. The company doesn't deliver your package or letter and expects you to get on the app that you can't use to get any information after the delivery person does NOT leave a notice or any indication of a parcel ever being attempted. HORRIBLE.

What a joke. Won't/cant connect to the parcel locker, no one can do anything about it and now my parcel, which was already delayed by 5 days at this point, will be delayed a further 2 days. ABYSMAL!
