★★★★★ Seems like a good app do far. One thing that could be improved: I made an appointment with an advanced nurse, which was easy to do. However, before the appointment, I wanted to check what I'd written in the "Details" box when making the appointment. I couldn't see how to do this. Is it even possible?

★★★★★ It's good. You are able to book appointments, speak to professionals and get advice through the app. It also has free fitness and meditation classes if you are a bupa member. This is my favorite part of the app, so it is worth getting the app.

★★☆☆☆ Booked a digital GP appointment. Logged I the application early to make sure I could trouble shoot any issues. Left my phone idle for a few minutes, came back, and I had to log in again. Tried to log in, "service unavailable". Tried 3 more times and got in on the 3rd. Waited for 2-factor auth code to come though, which it didn't. Missed my appointment, spoke to chat support for 15 min only be to be told try again. You pay for a health care service and get poor quality. Pick up your game.

★★☆☆☆ I joined BUPA last May. Recently, I booked my first appointment with a video consultation with the GP Lolita Jain at 09:00 am. On 17 October 2025. 10 minutes before, I was ready to join the video, and a countdown started. By 09:00 a bupa notification message was that the GP is running late and a maximum of 10 minutes, I need to be waiting. I have been waiting for 1 hour 1 minute for that appointment. Unacceptable and disgracing my first appointment after joining BUPA. So I need to book again.

★★☆☆☆ Forced to this app from Babylon. The video interface lacks obvious features such as using the phone speaker, switching between the front and back camera, and somehow has problems with the move to summer?!

★★☆☆☆ They seem to have cut costs or something. Can no longer get same day appointments, and they will stand you up on the next day appointments. Might have better chances with the NHS now.
