★★★★★ My in home care nurse was Rebecca and my in home PT Rajesh were both very caring, professional, and polite. I had Total Hip Replacement Surgery Jan 18th 2022. Was at Metro for 3 days then transferred to Mary Free bed downtown for 2 weeks. Everyone one of the staff were excellent in giving me the care I needed. My private room was spotless. My Home Care Team were fantastic. I Will ALWAYS recommend Mary Free bed to anyone who is contemplating knee or hip surgery! I am now starting my out patient OR thanks to all of you who lifted my spirits when I was depressed and feeling down. Again I can't Thank You enough.

★★☆☆☆ It does not send notifications, so you know if there is something waiting for you, even when notifications are enabled. You have to remember to check it. It's 2021. That's pretty basic functionality for an app.

★★☆☆☆ Good idea for an app but staff doesn't update it, so I can't see future appts. And, lots of "communication" errors. App pretty much useless, sorry to say. It does have potential.

★★☆☆☆ If I try to look at who came in the past or even start to scroll through the upcoming visits the app will boot me out. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, still does it. The hospice team has been a dream though for my grandfather.
