★★☆☆☆ Somehow my autopay was cancelled, not by me! I was not notified for 4 months so Centurylink tacked 4 late fees to my bill and would only remove 1 month of late charges. Then they made me sign up for auto-pay again, to get the 1 late fee removed. Very hard people to work with! I have been a customer since 2017 and always paid my bill on time.

★★☆☆☆ Can't increase speed and system buffers all the time. Their price has increased and now no longer SECURE INTERNET! I'm actively searching for new provider as customer service has not helped at all. I think they suck horribly!!!😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
