★★☆☆☆ I was sent a subscription discount offer via email that I was only able to take advantage of via web and not on the app. Trying to cancel that subscription was an absolute nightmare. The unsubscribe doesn't work as advertised, talking to a chat rep was a pain, and calling the customer service number just triggers a text message with a link that takes you back to the chat reps. Took me hours to get it canceled. The content on the app was great. But that one experience soured it all for me tbh.

★★☆☆☆ Why am I paying for a weekly subscription and the episodes don't unlock automatically? It still wants me to buy coins. That's stupid, isn't the point of the subscription is to have full access to episodes?

★★☆☆☆ Do NOT use this app. I had a 50% offer and bought a 3-month subscription to still only be able to watch a few chapters before being unable to proceed without buying coins. Requested a refund and was offered 6 month unlimited access, not 24 hours later I again received an in-app prompt for coins that I didn't need, I clicked away from the pop-up and yet my credit card was hit with $40.00 charge. Customer Service has stopped responding, including response to remove my credit card details.
