I am writing this review after several days of patience. Reconnecting back with Excitel broadband is a big mistake, their staff are highly unprofessional. For the speed of 400mbps it is not even delivering 40mbps, just 10% which is cheating for the tarrif paid 6 months in advance. They don't refund nor attend complaints raised, moreover customer care disconnect calls when I repeatedly call to report of no action. The call center is so rude they upfront mention not to call and disconnect.

Worst internet service provider in Lucknow/Sarojini Nagar area. It's like paying the internet bill as if I am staying in Japan but getting the service of pakistan or not closer to that. I used to be a regular customer and using Excitel Internet service from 2022 onwards. But now I am really pissed off. I raised 50+ request in last month Jan/25 of "no internet connection". Are you really running a company or joke? Or is it govt company? Alert🚨 🚨: I will recommend to not buy or invest.

Don't purchase their package. They have the worst service. I wouldn't recommend this. My internet is not working since last 4 days.no action from their side after multiple calls. All customer care executive says the same line.
