Great app easy to use. Great to be able to see all results etc. at the same time. Be even better if we could require all providers to put their scans/results on there. Would like the option to add and see personal health notes, and upload documents via the app rather than having to do that online.

Nice & easy to use. Much simpler as with My Gov I have to switch between devices to get my PIN for the 2-step authentication process but with this I can use biometrics instead. As someone who is constantly having tests this is quite convenient.

I can no longer view any of my results in 2024 like I used to be able to on this App and online. It seems nobody knows why or how to fix it after contacting My Health Gov App company, and all of my doctors, specialists, pathology, GP, and X-ray businesses. They have all checked and said that it is marked for all records to be uploaded. So, it's not them. I'm at a total loss on what to do now. *UPDATE. It's still NOT working & now nobody replied via email.

Throws a fit every time I click a link to get more information and navigate back to the screen I was in. Today I have logged in seven times and re-linked with my Gov twice, just to find out that the reports from last week's pathology aren't available yet. I'm going back to using a browser, it's faster and works the first time. This app is currently not fit for purpose.
