Nags you to do things you already do. When you ask questions, nobody responds.

They dropped me from the program once I reached 65 years to f age. It's sad that insurance companies and employers want you healthy as long as you are working, but the minute you retire they would rather you be dead, so they no longer have to pay you or make sure you're healthy. Before Covid-19 in 2020 it worked great and have received message from one of the staff members. It is great with having someone show an interest in helping me with my health issues and really seems to be concerned.

Currently, crashing when attempting to access settings. Does not have a way to silence daily take reminders if not desired without cutting off the ability to receive notification of messages. It does work pretty well as a way to contact care team, and has interesting articles, but causes more stress from constant notifications.

7:00am medication reminders get pushed at 3:36pm. 2:00pm hydrate reminders get pushed at 9:13pm. Bedtime reminders are sent mid-morning.
