★★☆☆☆ This is the worst app. And High mark has the worst service. There is no way to reach them. I installed this app more than 3 years ago, and still, I haven't been able to use it. It doesn't accept my information. This is garbage. Why do you create an app that people can't use? I called customer service this week, I was on the phone for a while, and nothing happened. It was completely silent. No one talked to me, and all of a sudden, they hung up on my. I'm very disappointed and frustrated

★★☆☆☆ App is sooo difficult to sign in with. Your two-step verification is the worst! I have to go to my email to get the code and your app automatically resets ... I have to sign back in....then the code is no good. Even under 5 minutes I actually have to use two devices to sign into your app on my phone. One for my email and one for your app!! Just awful.
